Three Days of Epic Cycling
This is not a stroll, it's a three-day expedition designed to test your limits and reward you with unparalleled scenery.
Day 1 (151 km): We cross the South Face, highlighting a 35 km stretch of pure virgin forest on the Argentinian side. You will breathe the purest air of your life.
Day 2 (116 km): The East Face awaits us. This is the day with the highest elevation gain, demanding strong legs to overcome the numerous climbs, all while being surrounded by the vastness of the National Park.
Day 3 (119 km): We circled the North Face and triumphantly returned to Foz do Iguaçu, ending the journey at the National Park's iconic landmark: the Iguaçu Falls .
High Degree of Difficulty: 6,000 Meters of Elevation Gain

The route will cover 386 km , with over 280 km on dirt roads, and a total accumulated elevation gain of 6,000 meters .
